Job Summary
The Chemical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, promoting company services, and maintaining strong client relationships within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, and power plant sectors
- Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and presentations to promote company services (chemical cleaning, water treatment, dosing systems, etc.)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote company services and strengthen market presence across Saudi Arabia
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, or power sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical cleaning, water treatment, or related services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia
