Hiring: QC Engineer (Automotive Wiring Harness)

📍 Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a QC Engineer with experience in the automotive or cable manufacturing industry to strengthen our Quality team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of wiring harness inspection and testing is preferred.
4. Good understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality control processes.
5. Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
6. Knowledge of inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality documentation.
7. Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
2. Ensure products comply with customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
3. Conduct product testing and maintain inspection and test records.
4. Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
5. Monitor production quality and work with Production to resolve quality issues.
6. Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
7. Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection documentation.
8. Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
9. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
10. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and the QA/QC Manager to improve product quality.
