We are looking for a Trainee R&D Engineer to join our Research & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Automotive Wiring Harness Design while working on real industry projects.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
2. Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
3. Understanding of electrical wiring and engineering drawings.
4. Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Automotive R&D.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

What You Will Learn

1. Automotive Wiring Harness Design
2. Wire routing and harness layout
3. Reading customer drawings and specifications
4. Engineering documentation and BOM preparation
5. Automotive quality standards and product development
6. Hands-on experience with industry projects

Salary & Benefits
